As usual spring is a busy time in our industry. Lots going on here at the Arlington Design Center. The list at the right will be growing as new events are added. Don't forget that the ADC now has a brand new website, www.arlingtondesigncenter.com that will be updated regularly. You will find a calendar of events for the entire complex, in addition to other items of interest and links to each of the showrooms. Add the website to your list of favorites.

Speaking of the ADC, Chicago Design Team would like to send a special "thank you" to our neighbor across the hall, Mark Reidel of Rug Guy Galeriez. Mark helps us keep our showroom looking great by loaning us rugs for our displays. He really knows his stuff, so be sure to stop and talk to him when your clients need area rugs.

Someone was at CDT the other day looking for a Thomas Paul fabric from Duralee, which we were not able to find. Lo and behold, the new Thomas Paul collection showed up today! Stop back in and we will help you find it.

Effective March 29, there will be a new Fabricut pricer. If you have a quote out to a client, please let them know that the price MAY increase. We have a few copies of the new price list, so call to double check your prices.

The Illinois chapter of ASID is calling for entries for the 2010 Design Excellence Awards. Many of you have done beautiful work this past year that merits recognition. If you are an ASID member, OR a registered designer in the state of Illinois, you are eligible to submit your work.
