Cross your fingers, knock wood and all those "don't jinx it" things! We are seeing all kinds of things that indicate that the worst is OVER! My daughter got a job, Jody's son is getting interviews, other job seekers are actually finding job listings to apply for! Traffic at the ADC is up and designers seem to be working harder than they have in months. Say a prayer, raise a glass and thank the universe---and hope this trend continues. In preparation for spring CDT is ordering lots of accessories and accent furniture. Our new Robert Allen Madison Sectional is due any time, so one day soon we will be remerchandising the showroom.
For those of you who attended the Deborah Flate seminars, we have arranged one additional class like you requested! This will focus on Blogging, Facebook, Linked in and Twitter. Prior class attendees have priority on seating, but others are welcome as space permits. We will average the individual class and package price, and charge $40.

Well, it's a slow news day here at CDT, but it's been a busy week. Lots of traffic, accessories going out on consignment and lots of orders and quotes! YAAAAYYY!! mayny designers are telling us that they are getting busy, and clients are surfacing at a good rate. All of this is great news for CDT and for you. Now is the time to start making those phone calls. It's a great idea to go through your client lists, files and notes hunting for anyone who had a project that was left unfinished, or never started. Do NOT assume that they will call you. Some other designer might beat you to it.
We keep adding events here at CDT and The ADC. Be sure to take advantage of all of them. We hope to see yo;u all there!
Temple - Tailor Made and Tailor Made II
Temple has added two new features to their Tailor Made and Tailor Made
II collections! You can now order these groups with a choice of Tight back or tufted. This is really great news for those clients with kids, or who just don't want to deal with pillows and loose cushions. We also have a great new collection of fabrics from Temple. They are really doing a great job of keeping up with the needs of the consumer.
